Noticed that Sligo coco Heritage dept have also asked for permission to be denied as the application is not in compliance with EU Habitats Directive. Does this mean that the application and the permission granted is illegal and how can the Sligo coco planning Dept ignore their own Heritage Dept as well as hundreds of other submissions?
