Birdwatch Ireland Outing to Dorrins Strand – ‘Birds of the Shore and Sea’

The Sligo Branch of Birdwatch Ireland have organised an outing to Dorrins Strand and Killaspugbrone for Tuesday 8th May at 6.30pm. Those interested should muster at the Old Airport Road, Strandhill; where the Old Airport Road meets the shore (turn right at the sign for Dorrins Strand Housing developments).

Even though we have had beautiful weather over the past few weeks, you should bring along a fleece/windbreaker – Killaspugbrone in particular can be a chilly spot. Binoculars might also be a good idea.
